Nicole has more than 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate field, with both acquisition and dispositions transactions totalling more than one million square feet. Her beginnings in commercial real estate as a Marketing and Property Researcher have provided not only a solid knowledge of the Atlanta market, but more importantly the ability to evaluate its trends and tendencies. Nicole has been responsible for negotiating leases on behalf of several major and mid-size corporations throughout Atlanta and the Southeast region. She has represented clients such as BB&T, Ernst & Young, United Healthgroup, MetLife, American Express and Boston Scientific.
As Broker Support Sopecialist at Joel & Granot Real Estate, Nicole is responsible for delivery of pertinent market data, financial analysis, document review, and management of deal process from commencement through closing. She completed a Paralegal Certificate course in 2013 through the University of Georgia Center for Legal Studies, honing her documentation expertise.
