at JGRE: More Growth with the Addition of Two
More Brokers,
continued
JGRE is
excited to announce the addition of two new brokers! Ben
Pargman and Ellis Murray hit the ground running on the
JGRE Team in 3Q 2015.
Ben
Pargman started his real
estate career at Troutman Sanders as a commercial real
estate attorney where he
did
development, leasing, and lending work. The majority of
his work involved land acquisition and development for
Chick-fil-A. After leaving the practice of law, Ben has
had a number of experiences within real estate and has
at different times been a principal, sponsor,
third-party, lender, and most recently broker (do we say
"broker" if not Broker ... been meaning to ask you about
this...). Ben's wife Deena is a human resources
consultant. Together they have three sons, Syd (14), a
9th grader at Riverwood, Max (12), a 6th grader at
Epstein, and Manny (9), a 4th grader at AJA. They've
all spent a lot of time at Buckhead Baseball.
Ellis
Murray grew up in Greensboro, North Carolina and
graduated from the University of North Carolina at
Chapel Hill in 2014. After graduating from UNC, Ellis
headed to Atlanta, Georgia, where his roots go back six
generations. Ellis’ primary focus is on office tenant
representation. His knowledge of the Atlanta market
combined with the expertise of Joel & Granot will
provide his clients the comfort of knowing their needs
will be met. Ellis is an active member of the Society of
Colonial Wars, Shepard Center Junior Committee, and the
Cathedral of Christ the King. His hobbies include
golf, tennis, and hiking.
