Henry Kreimer recently joined Joel and Granot as an Associate in the summer of 2023 directing his focus on office and industrial tenant representation. As a proud Atlanta native and graduate of The Lovett School, Henry earned his bachelor's degree in Housing Management and Policy from the University of Georgia in 2022, and quickly found himself back in his hometown excited to begin a career in commercial real estate.
Experience:
During Henry’s junior year at UGA, he interned in Atlanta under Carter & Associates, a leading national real estate investment and development firm, where he received an introduction to the underwriting analysis of multi-family/mixed use deals as well as market research within the Southeast/Sunbelt region. Post-graduation, Henry worked for Trimont Real Estate Advisory, a specialized global commercial real estate loan service provider & partner, assisting the Blackstone Debt Strategies team across all asset types. Here, he quickly learned the ropes of complex equity structures and the involved mechanics of raising capital for large developments throughout the country. This role provided Henry a great opportunity to expand his expertise into a brokerage career at JGRE.
Beyond his professional life, Henry values quality time with friends, enjoys golfing, fishing, and cooking. He's also a volunteer Majors coach at Buckhead Baseball for the KC Royals, sharing his love for the game with young athletes.
