Peter A. York is one of Joel and Granot’s newest Associates with his primary focus in office and industrial tenant representation as well as owner/user investment sales. Peter is an Atlanta native and has always had an inspiration to work in commercial real estate. Peter joined the JGRE team in 2022 after graduating from The Westminster Schools and obtaining a finance degree from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee. Peter played 5 years of Division III varsity baseball for Rhodes College and has come back to Atlanta to continue his commercial real estate career.
Experience:
Peter started with JGRE in 2022 as a summer intern. While an intern at JGRE, he provided market research and analysis for various submarkets around the Atlanta Metropolitan area while also preparing market reports for brokers. Peter works directly under one of the company’s founders, Alan Joel.
Professional Affiliations/Education:
Peter grew up playing sports at Buckhead Baseball, NYO, and 6-4-3 DP. He has twin younger brothers. Outside the office Peter enjoys playing golf, coaching 5th grade football at the Northside Youth Organization, and being outdoors.
